Penis Head Enlargement Exercises

Exercises.
It is a common cause of
unhappiness among many men
to have what they perceive (and
what may well be) an small sized
penis head. Now, although this
exercise should not replace any
other in your routine (nor hinder
it), needling can help to increase
the size of your penis head. An
important note to observe before
starting this exercise though that
this exercise has as its primary
objective the aim to increase the
size of your penis head when
erect, and although flaccid gains
may also be made, it is likely they
will be much less significant than
erect gains.
To start this exercise out a
warm-up is not required and
instead we recommend that you
perform this exercise after you
have completed and cooled
down from your main
enlargement training of the day.
Despite this though, we do
recommend that liberal amounts
of lubrication is applied to the
skin and the head of your penis
before starting. Now that you are
prepared, sit down in a relaxed
position and place your left hand
around the base of your flaccid
penis and leisurely masturbate
yourself until your penis is in an
erect state.

Upon achieving a full erection,
place your left hand at the base
of your penis before slowly
increasing to a firm grip.
Continue by placing your
opposite hand (your right hand
to most) around three quarters
up the shaft of your penis (just
below the head), before slowly
moving your other hand
upwards behind it (do not let go
whilst performing this process)
and than slowly back down
again. Repeat this action
between 9-20 times each
workout, or else as long as you
are physically able and willing.
Finally, keep in mind that this
exercise should NOT be used to
substitute any other exercise
within your enlargement
program.
