HOW TO INCREASE YOUR PENIS GIRTH EXERCISE.

How to increase penis girth
Coupled with the Kegels and Jelq
exercises found on this site
(which both help to increase
penis girth), we have developed
a further guide to help you
increase the girth of your penis.
The exercise, known as the
Horizontal Movement, is an
advanced technique that is useful
in not only help you gain more
girth to your penis, but also
helping you to increase your
ejaculation control.
To start the Horizontal Movement,
apply lubrication liberally to both
your hand and penis, before
slowly masturbating yourself to
gain a semi-erection. Once a
semi-erection is achieved (this is
important in allowing the blood
flow freely), place your thumb
and forefinger in a ring shape
around the base of your penis
and hold firmly. After about 10
seconds or so or holding firmly,
take your free hand and
simultaneously form a ring shape
and grasp the head of your
penis. Once you have both hands
in position, slowly milk
downwards along the penis
(using the hand placed around
the head), whilst maintaining the
pressure at the base. Upon
reaching the “pressure hand”
located at the base of your penis,
stroke upwards until your hands
are in their initial starting points
(this entire process should take
around 2-3 seconds). At this
point, you should be able to feel
the blood situated within the
spongy tissue of your penis, as it
is slowly pushed towards the
head.
Continue this procedure for as
many repetitions time or physical
capabilities allow, (using your
own judgment to decide when
to stop) or else include in your
weekly workout routine. This is a
good way to increase penis girth.
